Lemon Filling for Pie

Three (3) whole eggs (save 1 white for
top) beat real light. 1 1/2 tablespoon
corn starch, juice of 1 lemon,
1/2 cup sugar. Mix all well.
Put 1 1/2 cup water to boil, when
boiling stir this in.
(This is made after the crust is
all ready) Beat the white - with a little
sugar and put on top bake a second

Custard Filling
3 whole eggs (save 1 white) beat
very light) 1/4 cup sugar (about 2 tables.), 1/2 cup
milk, flavor, 1 tables. flour.
Beat all of this well to-geather.

Cherry Filling

1 1/2 cup (seeded) cherries, 1 egg,
1 cup sugar, 1/2 tables. flour
beaten with the egg. 1/2 cup milk
also beaten. {Put?] cherries
in pie and [pour] this
over - no top
leave a few seeds in - it flavors it.
