Ham Nuddes.

Make Nuddles enough (as
much as required) Boiled ham
chopped real fine. 1 tablespoon
butter in a pan to melt, put
ham in and brown it in the
butter. Put in the dish to
serve a layer of noddles, a
layer of ham etc. Salt pepper
Nuddles cut in strippes - not too thin

Coffee Ice Cream

Two cups sugar, melt
in a skillet (frying pan.)
When melted pour 1 strong
cup coffee in and stir till
all smooth. Take off to cool.
then pour in 1 qt. cream.
(that is 1 pt. cream 1 pt milk)
pour in and freeze.
