Caramel Ice Cream.

1 1/2 cup milk put in a
farena Kettle.
2 whole eggs, 1 cup sugar
an iron spoon flour, beat
these well
Stir in the milk constantly
until thick then remove
from stove.

1 1/2 cup sugar, melted to a
nice brown, put custard
back on stove, stir in melted
sugar. Mix with cream
add a little vanilla and
freeze (Receipt of 1 qt. cream)

Dutch Cookies -

12 walnuts (chopped fine
1 cup cracker crumbs
2 whole eggs, one cup currents,
2 tables. mollasses -
1 cup sugar - pinch of soda
and just enough flour
to stiffen -
