2 cups milk, 2 yolk of eggs, piece butter
2 tables. mustard, cayenne pepper, salt, 1/2
cup vinegar, pinch sugar. stir egg & sugar
to gether mustard, pepper etc. to-gether with
vinegar. Heat milk pour on egg. heat vin. pour
on egg & milk stir constantly.
