Cheese Balls
good with soup -
Beat the whites of two
eggs very stiff. Mix
with grated cheese
until you can form
into balls size of a
walnut - Fry in hot
greece.

Bavarian Cream
One qt. milk
" cupful sugar
" box gelatine diss in
just enough water to
cover it.
Yolks of six eggs. Add
to sugar enough water to
cover it - And let come
to boil - pour into well
beaten yolks, then into
milk after it has boiled
& add gelatine. when cool
add whites of eggs. Whipped cream
