Rolls, rather small, fresh and crisp
Remove from the top of the roll a
piece of the crust about the size
of a dollar and with blunt knife
or spoon remove the centre. The
space may be filled with any
[?] seasoned chopped meat,fish,
lobster, crab or even fruit, the lid
replaced and the sandwich served
in a pretty basket

Cheese and Anchovy Sandwich
A most delightful sandwich
is made of cheese and anchovy
rubbed to-gether. Take two
tables. Parmesan, add one anchovy,
rub to a paste, add a little
dill and spread between two
slices of nicely toasted bread.
