Chicken Patties
with Mushrooms.
Cut chicken (after having
been cooked tender - let cool
in its broth) Put a little
onion and celery in water
when cooking the chicken
salt and pepper also.
Cut mushrooms in small
pieces, put back to cook
with chicken in a little
broth. Thicken with flour
(for 1 ch. 1 cup flour) in milk.
Add just before removing
from stove 1/2 pt cream
and allow this to come to
a boil.
Heat the Pattie Shells and
fill.
