Plum Pudding
1 pound fine choped suet
1 and 1/4 pkg seeded rasins
1 and 1/4 pkg currents
1 cupful choped citron
1 heping tablespon cinnamon
1 teaspoon ful Ginger
1 teaspoon ful cloves
1 teaspoon of salt one small nutmeg grated
2 cups of flour
2 cups of bred crumbs
3 cup of suggar
1 teaspoon soda
Beat 4 eggs well
put in 3 cups buttermilk
mix all together and boil
4 hours
Grease a 10 pound lard bucket
sprinkle with flour the
pudding will come out easy
