Cheese Pie

2 balls cheese (cottage)
2 eggs, l lemon rind grated,
cinamon, nutmeg and
sugar to taste (Without
upper crust)

Pumpkin Pie

Boil pumpkin tender, strain
through colender. Add 3
eggs, 1 cup milk, little gin-
ger, cloves & sugar to taste
