Pineapple Pudding
1/2 box gelatine diss in water.
Stir in a pt. of boiling water
and let cool. Add 1/2 cup
grated pineapple, juice of one
lemon and sweeten to taste
Mold and serve with whipped
cream.

Suet Pudding
1/2 cup suet, 2 cups flour,
little salt, 1 cup seeded
raisens, 2 tables mollasses,
1 teas soda (in mollasses) 1
cup boiling water

Matzas Charlotte
Soak matzas in water. Squeeze
out and place a layer of mat
zas then a layer of chopped apples,
citron, almonds, and raisens, then
matzas then as last pour over this
4 well beaten eggs, sugar, & flavor to taste
Serve with lemon sauce
