and freeze as for ice cream.
Strawberry, Raspberry and
Pineapple make almost
the same. Sweeten the
water, put it into freezer
then mash and stir the
berries or grate the Pineapple.
Press the juice out through
muslin, add to the water
in the can, sweeten again
to taste and freeze. Allow
a qt. and a half of berries to
one qt. water. A large P. A. to 2 qts
of water.
