Orange Glaci

Halve six oranges / take out
the meat. Freeze juice out
of meat and prepare with
1/2 pkg of gelatine diss in
water and cooked with
sugar to taste also juice of
one lemon. Let cool and
fill orange shells.
Let harden

Ice Cream

1 qt. cream, 1 pt milk 2 cups
sugar (any flavor) whip cream
until stiff, dissolve sugar
in milk. Add to cream.
whip again add flavor
whip again and freeze.
Must turn freezer very
quickly towards last
