Coffee Custard

Beat 1/2 cup sugar and
4 eggs until well mixed
then add gradually a
coffee cup each of milk
and strong clear coffee.
Place in a pan of hot
water and bake till cus-
tard thickens

Coffee Cream Caramels

Use 1 lb. conf. sugar
white of one egg, 2 tables.
cold strong boiled coffee
Mix egg and coffee first
then slowly beat in sugar.
Knead all together until
grain of sugar does not re-
main. Roll & cut in squares
