Chilli Verde

Take 8 green peppers,
cut up and fry (with a
little onion) in butter,
stir almost constantly.
Two cans of tomatoes,
pinch of salt and about
7 or 8 eggs all beaten to-
gether and stirred in
with the peppers.

Stuffed Tomatoes

Select large, solid ones &
remove the pulp by cutting
an opening on the stem
side (size of a dollar)
Fill with finely minced
cold meat & potatoes, seas-
soned with salt, pepper &
little chopped celery.
