Set aside to cool, then
add to the fruit juice

into a freezer & freeze
slowly till dasher is
hard to move. Remove
dasher, scrape, and
stir in a merengue
made by whipping in
white of one egg to a
froth then add two
level tablespoon fulls
of powdered sugar.
Repack freezer and
set away in a cool place
for two hours.
