Cream of Tomatoe Soup

1 cup tomatoe
1 teaspoon sugar
1/8 teaspoon soda
2 cups milk
3 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon salt
speck pepper
few slices of onions
[White Sauce]
cook tomatoes with sugar
very slowly 15 minutes, add soda,
strain. Add white sauce slowly
Beat with Dover Egg beater
make very hot and serve.
