Apple Tapioca Pudding
Soak 1 cup tapioca several
hours in cold water, enough to
cover the tapioca, peel and slice
4 good sized apples. Bake
about 1 hour - but first.
Fill baking dish with
alternate layers of apple
and tapioca, serve hot
with cream or hard sauce
with a little brandy or nutmeg
sprinkle some brown sugar
in between the layers.
