Mayonaisse Dressing
Yolks of 2 eggs 1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teasp: pepper 1/4 teasp: mustard
beat well with a fork, add
a little olive oil at a time
untill quite thick, stir all
the time, add the juice
of 1 lemon, add a tablespoon
thick cream before serving.

Waffles sour milk
1 pint sour milk
3 tablespoons melted butter
3 eggs beaten separately
1 teasp soda, a little alt
flour enough to make a
thick batter.
Sweet milk waffles.
3 eggs well beatin, pinch salt
2 cup sweet milk 2 cups sifted
flour 2 teasp baking powder.
