Corn Puff
Betty Crocker Radio Recipe - 8/21/1935

(Grand for left over Corn)

Mix 2 T flour
1 tsp salt
Dash paprika
black pepper
2 C corn

Beat 2 eggs until light
Add 1 C milk
Combine two mixtures and
pour into buttered custard
cups.

Sprinkle puffs with
1 T grated cheese
Paprika
Put custard cups in hot
water and steam - bake
40 min. - mod. oven (350 F)
Makes 6.
