Brizilian Rice
Olive oil, onions, and soup stock
in 3 parts soup to 1 of rice. Brown
onions in oil and
simmer. Add soup stock
then rice (raw). Add
chopped pimiento or chopped green peppers.
Fry bananas (dipped first in flour) and
serve with dropped egg on top.
