Mária Pató with best wishes and some butter
again, when they both left, Marika Kánya arrived.
In the early morning I spent two hours with Ancy
at the [strikethrough] nursing home [/strikethrough] sanatorium after Dr Decsi (Pali) took me
on his new newly bought second-hand car away and I went
to Gellért for a swim. There I met Pubi and his
friend. They told me all about their holydays. [holidays]

April 28. Wednesday
I have spent the night in the [strikethrough] nursing home [/strikethrough] sanatorium, came
home early in the morning and Marika was here
for two hours. She is off for Dunatetétlen, to the
Teleki’s. She promised to send me bread as I thought
I have lost my bread and flour rations. Thank God,
since I have found them. Later in the morning
I had some business at the Medical Association,
had a very-very bad coffee at Stop-espresso, now
home again, awaiting Tullia for a walk.

After all, this war has to be finished once, may
be in not even one year and some months.

− We had a nice walk with Tullia on the Svábhegy,
she told me about the Abonyi girls, who are her nieces.
Anita is working on the staff of the Prime ministry
