extending from a point where the north marginal line of Plummer
Street in Plummer addition to the City of Seattle intersects the
West Marginal line of South Twelfth running thence west alond
the north marginal line of Plummer Street produced to an
intersection with the western limits in the City of Seattle in
the Waters of Elliott's Bay" Passed by the following vote. In
