Pla[ni] lemon pie

Grate rind of 1 lemon
use juice, 1 cup sugar
1 cup water 3 eggs leaving
whites of 2 1 tablespoon
corn starch cook before
putting in shell, use whites
for top. 2 tablespoons
pulverized sugar

Lemon pie
Make crust + bake first
juice + grated rind of 1
lemon 1 cup sugar, yolks
of 2 eggs 3 tablespoons flour
a little salt. 1 cup boiling
water mix and boil in
double boiler till thick
use whites for top

Pudding Sauce

beat yolks of 3 eggs add
cup of sugar 1 cup sweet
milk butter size of walnut
boil until it thickens
