Chocolate pie

4 tablespoons grated cho
1 pint milk, 2 tables
corn starch, yolks of 2 eggs
5 tablespoons sugar, salt
teaspoon vanilla. heat milk
add chocolate + corn starch
add egg + sugar last
cover top with whipped cream

Chocolate pudding
1 qt milk. dissolve 1/2 box
cox gelatine in a little of
the milk, to the remainder
add 5 tablespoons sugar.
yolks of 8 eggs 3 tablespoons
grated chocolate, cook 15
minutes, when cool stir in
the well beaten whites
of the eggs + 1 teaspoon
vanilla stir well + [??]
in mould put on ice
pour out on platter
serve with cream
