Lemon Pudding

3 eggs 1 cup sugar
1/4 cup butter 1/2 cup
bread crumbs. 1 pint
sweet milk. grated rind
+ juice of 1 lemon
cream butter + sugar together
add lemon + yolks well
beaten, then add bread
crumbs soaked in milk
Bake
when done cover with
a meringue made from
whites of eggs. + 1 table
spoon sugar serve cold with
cream

Suet Pudding
1 cup choped suet.
1 " brown sugar. 1 cup raisens
1 cup sour cream.
a little salt 1/2 teaspoon soda
flour enough to stiffen
