3 qts Dandeline Bud[s]
pour 4 qts boiling wat[er]
over them and let
stand till morning
strain through a Clo[th]
Slice into it 3 lem[on]s
Remove seeds.
3 1/2 lbs suga[r]
put on stove till sugar is
disolved then pour in
a jar cover tight
let it remain 12 or 14
days strain again
pour in bottles and
cork as soon through
working
