1 lb beef
1/2 salt pork 1/2 fresh
pork not to fat grind
all together

5 medium sized onions
sliced and cooked with
meat 30 minutes dont
let fry but just a very
little water. 1 lb spaghetti
broken + cook for 20 minutes
drain + blanch then
pour off all the water .
add 1 1/2 qts tomatoes
1/2 lb cheese 1/2 teaspoon
celery seed mix all together
cook in double boiler 3 hours
Salt to taste. 1/2 receipt
cook 2 hours have
quite dry when done
