Add dressing. Decorate with
maraschino cherries. If candle
salad is desired shave down
a straight banana so that it
can be inserted into hole
of pineapple. Place maraschino
cherry on top for coloring
and insert a piece of coconut for wick.

Brown Bread Sandwiches

Slice brown bread into ¼" slices. Spread with following mixture
2 small pkg cream cheese
2 TB butter
¼ C orange juice
½ C chopped pimento
1 C chopped nuts
½ t salt

Cream cheese until smooth.
Add gradually butter and
orange juice. Add nuts,
pimentos and cheese.
