beat until cool & stiff enough to
spread. Add nuts & spread 2 8"

Double Boiler Icing

2 egg whites	1½ t. white corn syrup
1½ c. gran sugar	1 t. vanilla
5 Tb. water

Combine all except vanilla on top
of double boiler & mix thoroly. Place over
boiling water & beat until icing
peaks (about 5 min) Remove from stove,
add vanilla & beat until thick
enough to spread - 3 9" Shredded
coconut may be sprinkled over it.

Marshmallow: Arrange 8 marshmallows
cut in quarters on top of cake Spread
over them above icing.

Mint Icing: Flavor with peppermint
instead of vanilla & spread on choc. cake
