Heat together, until sugar is dis-
solved, 2 Tb lemon juice, 5 Tb
orange juice and ½ C. gran. sugar
After pouring over cake, sprinkle top
of cake with conf. sugar.
Scalloped Potato, Mushroom Style
1 qt pared, sliced potatoes | |
¾ t. salt | ½ C. water |
speck pepper | 1 10½ oz can condensed mushroom soup |
Arrange potatoes in casserold
(1½ qts) in layers, sprinkling each layer
with a little salt and pepper. Add
water, cover and bake in 425° oven for
40 min. Pour over soup, bake un-
covered for 15 min at 425° Serves 5-6
