Strawberry Pie
Follow recipe for raspberry pie
using 3 C. strawberries + 1 pkg
strawberry gelatin

Strawberry Tapioca Pudding

1 egg yolk	1 t. vanilla extract
2 C. milk	1½ C. crushed berries
3 Tb. tapioca	1 egg white
½ C. gran. sugar	¼ C. heavy cream, whipped

Combine beaten yolk + milk
in top of double boiler. Add tapioca
6 Tb. sugar and salt and cook 5 min
stirring frequently. Remove from
beat and chill. Add vanilla and
crushed strawberries and stir well
Beat egg white stiff but not dry
gradually beat in remaining 2 Tb
sugar, then fold into tapioca
mixture with whipped cream.
Serves 6-8
