Lovely sunny warmish day. Called on Fogdens in morning and in early afternoon went to Thelma to see Uncle Gus. He was delightful. Many lovely things in the garden. George gave me a dwarf peach tree. David & Mrs Brown also there. Heard that Aunt Lena is well fixed & Ruby on way to a home, so I can concentrate on my own poverty now. Got home at 11.30 found Dal had called. Another happy thing - Thelma free of asthma.
