on thank-you notes, so if the gurruls look
sideways at you, tell them I'm still a little
disorganized. I get a lot of reading done
while I'm nursing, but the position prevents
my doing any letter-writing.

The Baptism went beautifully. She didn't
let out a peep. When Fr. T put the salt in her
mouth, she smiled & smacked her lips.
Edward, Betty, & Susie came, & I was glad
that they were able to meet Jim's family.

Now that we're organized, why don't you
two fly up together some weekend & see
little Ike. The roll in the camera is almost
finished & then I'll send you some
good snapshots. I think I caught her in
the middle of a yawn this morning. By the
way, I have the wedding picture negatives
& will send them to you, if you still
want them.

Time to comb the pablum out of my
hair & get ready to go avon-ing.
