Take a quart of good foame, 9 eggs beat them very well looking

continually stirring, till it grows to a good thick masse then take it
of and put in a good [pioeo] of [New] Butter into it, and [season] it with [sall]
Sugar [Nutmeggs] and a little rosewater, and half [ate] of [Curroneo], after
[thoube] washed dryed and pickL, and bake them in pans with fine past and
butter your pans
