Went to Saul on Jan make up. Lunch at Eat Shop. Met Miss Ryan walking back. Got to office at 5.30. Dinner at Hearth with Miss H & walked home. Wrote a letter to Tal. Warm day. Very exhausted.

Fri. 15
Saul's at 8. to office at 9.30. Wm B. made a considerable call not so jolly as day previous. New mistress seems to be see-sawing him. He discussed ways of dividing children in case of divorce.
Lunch at Hearth alone. Singing lesson & bank. Dinner at Hearth with Editha. Miss H. kept me till 8 dilly-dallying.

Sat 16
Pouring wet day like Ap or May. Caught in downpour on Rush St. B. & Traffic officer took me into his caboose.
Went to Dr E. Van H. Lunch with with Ethel at Thompson's. Emma P. took E.P & I to tea at Field's. Dinner with Editha at Hearth & walked home.
