Had a lovely current events
lesson without a Mistress and S. Schon
presiding. Did a page of History essay in Free lesson
Did chemistry practical in morning and biology
practical in afternoon. Finished essay in evening
Bible class in evening Denys, Ted Taffy & Leslie
came.

29 Fri - S. Michael and All Angels
Michaelmas Day (Quarter Day)
Nice day.
Had two boring history lessons and two
scripture lessons. Had a hockey practise in
playground in afternoon. Did some homework
in evening. Bill & Ted came in. Denys went
on 9 days leave.

Denys's wedding day
30 Sat - s.r. 5.58, s.s. 5.41
Lovely day. Helped
Mummy in morning and went to Sutton to
register but they had no forms. Ted came
here for his day off. Did some odd jobs in
afternoon and had a bath. We all went
to a play on camp in evening. It was
She Stoops to Conquer and was very good
Bill, Ted and Taffy took us.

Pull up Tomato plants growing in the open with green
fruits attached and transfer to a suitable place under
cover to finish ripening. Alternatively, remove fully
developed green fruits, which should be wrapped in
paper and placed in a cupboard or drawer to ripen.
