former expecting her confinement every day —I was very agreably surprised at the progress of Melbourne since I last visited it The Houses of Parliament are Magnificent — The Library very wonderful from its size — number of Books & importance — Sunday I went to St Peters Church — was far from plesaed with its theatrical chanting — It was pleasant no doubt to the fine musical ear but did not touch the heart — The hymn before & the Sermon was very excellent by the Revd Archdeacon Crawford — The Bishop is on his visitation tour —
