I am very thankful Mr Hassall
for your kindness for this
4 months as been like an
Age to me not hearing and
I know he was not Allowed

to write or send a letter
while there but if you
will see him very dear sir
to tell him that everything
is well and with the
exception of dry wheather
is [his] property is right
his Brotherinlaw [Brother-in-law] will
be down next month to
see him please God -
I will ever feel grateful
to you Mr Hassall for
your kindness and if
you write me by return
of post and tell me how
