Take half a pynt of Red rose water
a quarter of a pynt of red rose vyneger
a few yellow or whyte [saunders?] or both
boile them a litle betweene two dishes &
everie mornynge apply them to your harte
luke warme with a duble cloth [oste?] tymes
wring out your cloth well for wettinge your
clothes this don laye uppon your hart
a vyne leaf or two.

A medicyne for the colicke & the stone

Take the cornells of cherie stones [growell?]
seed Annys seed pcely seed Licorise the
Roote of philipendula beat all these together
into fyne powder & as good a quantytie of
suger as all these come unto, beat the suger
& them together. Take the quantyty of half
a sponfull of this powder for one receite
& drinke it either with [?] water or
wyte wyne.

Make your decoction either0 of cooling herbes
either in milke or brothe.
