Roote of philipendula beat all these together
into fyne powder & as good a quantytie of
suger as all these come unto, beat the suger
& them together. Take the quantyty of half
a sponfull of this powder for one receite
& drinke it either with [?] water or
wyte wyne.

Make your decoction either0 of cooling herbes
either in milke or brothe.
