Spk. Salt
½ tsp Butter
1 egg white
Beat the yolks slightly
Add liquid and salt
Beat white until stiff
+ dry melt butter in an
omelet pan, Fold the yolk
mixture into the white +
pour into omelet pan
Cook slowly until set
