flour one cup of milk water or
stock 1 tblsp of finely chopped
chicken gibblets

Baked Beans

1 tsp soda
¼ to ½ lb salt pork
1 tsp salt
1 tblsp of mustard
1 tblsp molasses
Pic over + wash beans soak
over night Drawn water off
Put on in cold water bring
to the boil add soda + boil one
minute
Pour off water rinse
+ cover with water cool slowly
until skin will wrinkle when
struck by a draft of air
