Lemon Gelatine
1 tsp of gelatine 1 tblsp of cold water
3 tblsp of water 2 tblsp of Lemon Juice
1½ tblsp of sugar Swell the gelatine
in 1 tblsp of water. Dissolve sugar in
Lemon Juice & 3 tblsp of water dissolve
the swollen gel, over hot water combine
with mixture. Strain in wet molds
& chill until firm. Loosen edge with
point of knife & unmold. by in
