Tomato Gelatine
½ cup tomato juice 1 tsp Gelatine
⅛ tsp salt 1 tsp clove a sprig of
parsley celery or a [?}. Swell the
gelatine in on e tblsp of tomato
juice with Boil the remainder
of tomato juice with the clove +
salt one minute remove from
the heat Add swollen Gelatine
+ stir until dissolved Put parsley
in a wet mold + strain tomato
juice over it chill until firm
unmold on a lettuce leave [leaf] +
serve with salad dressing
Pineapple Bavarian
¼ cup heavy cream 2 tblsp sugar
¼ cup grated pineapple 1 tsp
Gelatine 1 tblsp cold water pine-
apple to garnish Dissolve the
Gel in the cold water dissolve
