it over hot water Add sugar + gelatine
to pineapple set micture in crushed
ice Allow to thicken until syrupy
stirring occasionally Whip the cream
stiff + add the pineapple pour into a
wet mold which has been decorated
chill on ice unmold serve with whipped cream

Orange Trifle
2 tsp Gelatine 2 tblsp of cold water
¼ cup sugar 4 tblsp of orange juice ¼
grated rind of one orange 1 tsp Lemon juice
1 cup of cream whipped soak the Gelatine
in cold water dissolve over boiling
water add to the sugar juice + rind
strain cool until syrupy fold in the
whipped cream blend throughly until
it will hold a single drop stiffen in
wet molds Served with whipped cream
