½ tsp salt 2 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp
of cloves 1 pt of sour milk 2 tsp
soda 4 cups flour 1 cup of raisins
1 cup of currant floured chop the
suet very fine blend the other dry
ingredients + combine pour into a
buttered baking powder can + steam
4 hrs serve with sterling sauce
Troy Pudding
1 cup suet 1 cup raisins 3½ cup
flour ⅔ of a tesp of soda 1 cup
molasses 1 cup milk combine as
for the previous recipe steam 3 hrs
Sterling Sauce
½ cup butter 1 C brown sugar 4
tblsp cream Flavoring cream
