Imperial Pudding
Part I
½ c rice 1 pt milk 1 qt of boiling water
Part II
½ c of cold water ½ Box of Gelatine ¼ c
of sugar Flavoring 1 pt of whipped cream
For Part I
Wash the rice cook in boiling water
until it boils hard than [then] drain off the
water add the milk + cook in Double B 1 hr
Part II
Soak the Gelatine in water till very
soft add the hot milk strain add
salt + sugar stir in the rice stir until
micture thicken add flavoring +
whipped cream pour into a buttered
