Pop Overs
½ c of milk ½ cup of flour ½ egg
[½?] tsp salt 2 tsp butter Beat the
egg thoroughly add gradually
while beating the milk + the flour
with which the salt has been
sifted. Put ½ tsp butter in
each hot muffin pan fill
the pans ½ full with batter
in each hot muffin pan
Bake in a moderate oven
for 30 min serve immediately
Sponge Cakes
¼ cup of water sugar ¼ c of flour
1 egg 1 tsp Lemon Juice beat the
yolks add gradually the sugar
