One cup coffee finely ground, 1 egg
2½ cup cold water 6-8 cup boiling
water, mix coffee egg + 2 cups boiling
cold water Boil 3 minutes Add boiling
water + allow + allow to boil up once, draw
to the back of range add ½ c cold water
+ let stand 1 minute to settle decant
into a heated coffee pot

One tsp tea 1 c water bring water just
to a boiling add tea + allow to stand
3 minutes, strain tea into hot cup +
