Two tsp grated chocolate 1½ tsp
sugar ½ c of milk 3 tblsp water
mix chocolate + sugar cooking
in boiling water until smooth
+ glossy add to scalding hot
milk mix throughly + serve with
or without whipped cream
Whipped cream salad dressing
½ c of boiling vinegar 1 tsp sugar
½ tsp mustard ¼ tsp slat Spk
of cayenne yolks of three eggs
½ c of cream whippped First
Heat the vinegar beat eggs +
add salt sugar mustard +
cayenne pour over this the
boiling vinegar cook if necessary
until it thickens cool + add the
whipped cream serve with
