Grape Jelly
One qt of unfermented grape
juice let it boil down to 3 c add
3 cups of sugar bring to a boil
skim pour into sterilized jelly
glasses cover with one tblsp of
melted paraffin to melt paraffib
place it over hot water
Method 2 for Grape J.
Pick the grape off stems wash
+ crush Hang to drain over
night into a stone jar 1 qt of
juice to which has boiled very
rapidly for 10 min or until re-
duced to 3 cups of juices add 3 c
of sugar bring to a boil Skim,
pour into sterlized jelly glasses
